Why Change is Needed
Our community deserves leadership that listens, communicates clearly, and acts in the best interest of all homeowners. Several recent decisions have raised serious concerns among residents.
3 new pages of rules added to existing 32-page CCRs without broad community support — introducing aggressive fines, liens, and restrictions on everyday items like plant pots, trash cans, and children's toys.
The FY25 budget summary contained errors — inconsistencies in dates and unbalanced debits and credits. HOA dues have increased for the second consecutive year with limited transparency into long-term planning.
An unwillingness to expand board participation — despite unclear bylaws and missing documentation that should define the process for resident involvement.
The new rules, set to take effect April 1st, have already been revised multiple times due to member feedback — and are still changing. This approach is inconsistent with thoughtful, community-driven governance. It's time for a better approach.

Consistent, transparent updates that keep every resident informed and heard.
Accurate budgets, open books, and accountability for every HOA dollar spent.
A responsible, long-term financial plan to stop unnecessary dues increases.
